Platform, turnkey or white label?

Platform vs turnkey vs white label — what is the difference?

A platform provider licenses its core technology (PAM, back office, game integration) and the operator runs the rest, including its own gaming licence and payments. A turnkey solution packages the platform with games, payments and hosting, while the operator usually holds its own licence. A white label goes further: the operator launches on the supplier's licence and infrastructure and focuses on marketing, with less control.

Which option is fastest to launch?

White label is usually the fastest route because the licence, payments and platform already exist. Turnkey takes longer because the operator obtains its own licence. A platform-only deal takes the longest but gives the most control.

Can an operator move from white label to its own licence later?

Many suppliers offer a migration path from white label to turnkey once the operator has its own licence. Data ownership and exit terms differ between suppliers and should be checked in the contract.
