What we found
Finland regulated online gambling only recently, dismantling a state monopoly that had stood for decades. Finnplay has been building platforms from Espoo since 2008 — meaning the supplier best placed to understand the new Finnish market is the one that spent seventeen years working around the old one, selling into Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania and the Netherlands instead.
The licensing follows that path: Britain, Romania and a Swedish B2B authorisation, with Malta and the Netherlands among the markets served.
