Groove operates from Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/309/0142, held by Groove Technologies N.V. — issued under the island's new regime rather than the master-licence system it replaced. The name on that licence is worth noticing: the company has rebranded from GrooveGaming to Groove Technologies and moved its site accordingly, so expect both names in contracts and correspondence.

What it sells is aggregation with a platform attached. Fifteen thousand games from more than 120 providers arrive through one API, and around them sit casino platform, live casino, CRM, affiliate tooling and payments. Delivery is turnkey or as an aggregation layer into something you already run.

The payments number is the one that separates Groove from the general run of aggregators: more than 200 fiat and crypto options. Latin America and Africa are its stated markets, alongside regulated Europe, and in exactly those regions payment coverage decides whether a player can deposit at all.
