What we found

GiG rebuilt itself. In January 2024 it launched CoreX, a new platform, and SportX, a new sportsbook — not an upgrade, a replacement of the thing it had been selling. For a buyer that is the first question to ask: which generation am I being sold, and who is already running it in production?

The company came out of affiliate media as much as software — GiG Media won iGB's Casino Affiliate of the Year in 2022, and that heritage still shows in what it offers operators. CRM and bonusing sit on the product line next to the casino platform, sportsbook and risk and trading, which is a combination aimed at acquisition and retention rather than pure infrastructure. Geography is where GiG is unusual. Malta, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada and the Philippines are listed as both markets and offices — the footprint follows the staff, which usually means real local presence rather than a sales map. The one licence recorded here is from New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement, and that is a hard licence to hold.

Two caveats worth raising with them directly. The staff figure on record, 600 people, dates from 2019 and the business has been through a demerger since. And Angola, announced with Full Games in 2022, sits outside the market list above.
